Why does the vial sometimes look empty?
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides can appear as a thin film or small powder at the base of the vial. This is normal and does not indicate a missing product.
Do you sell bacteriostatic water?
Yes, bacteriostatic water is available separately and can be purchased alongside peptide products where required for research preparation.

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (CoA)?
Where available, Certificates of Analysis can be provided for select batches. Please contact us if you require documentation for a specific product.

Why can peptide appearance vary between vials?
Variations in appearance (powder vs thin film) are normal and depend on the lyophilisation process. This does not affect product integrity.

What are best handling practices?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days and sent using Royal Mail 24-hour tracked postage.
Do you ship across the UK?
Yes, we offer UK-wide shipping. At present, no ROI or international shipping is available.

All orders are packaged securely and discreetly to protect product integrity during transit.
